Location: Cerne Abbas Village Hall (or, alternatively, Sherborne, 7 Sheeplands Lane)

Time: 09:30am to 10.30am and 10.30am to 11.30am

Due to Cerne Abbas Village Hall availability, the classes are to be held on Wednesdays, and some Tuesdays. Here is the list of the whole remaining schedule as amended and agreed with the Cerne Abbas authorities:

Wednesday: 6/03.

Tuesdays: 26/02, 19/03, 26/03.

For our next classes, please bring a ball of about the size and weight of a football, please!

This Wednesday/Tuesday class is one of weekly recurring ones, which aim at overall health promotion among older citizens. The classes are bound to start on on 6th February 2019 and you can join at any point. The one-off session cost £10 but we strongly advise taking at least a pack of 6 at the bulk-promo price of £50! The Tai Chi classes for older people are for anyone who would like to start their Tai Chi journey to improve their physical and mental health, to increase their body and mind awareness, to better their breathing pattern and to gain more control over their own life.

Distinctly different from yoga (which we train, as well), Tai Chi is very much focused on slow movement body-mind awareness and depending on the choice between short and long-form, it will usually start at a slow pace to gradually increase the range of movement, unblocking both physical and mental blockages and enabling you to improve to become very aware of each and every of your move, as well as each and every of your mental decision.

1. Cash on Collection, which is the preferred way but please pay half of the dues as means of deposit via one of the options below;
