For the new cold winter season, we are running a WHM Advanced 2-day Weekend Workshop.
We have had great people for all of the past events and we know, despite the weather being less winter-like now, we will have wonderful people again!
The weekend starts at 10am on Saturday and finishes at about 3.30pm on Sunday. It includes everything you need to know about Wim Hof Method, both in theory and in practice, plus our own Aristos Tropos added value: Kriya Yoga, Tai Chi, Ashtanga, HIIT... and much more. Also dietary and hygiene advice to come very much in line with the WHM.
Please bring your sleeping bag with you, as well as a yoga mat, swimming suit or trunks, towel, water bottle, flip-flops... as well as a torch, snow boots and snow boot covers :-) All women, could you please bring a bikini type swimming suit?
Looking forward to see up to 12 wonderful people... If you are not wonderful, don't despair as we will make you wonderful! :-)
Attached, as pictures, please find our updated workshop programme... so please read that one carefully before asking questions :-)
Love to you all!
PS. All Wim Hof Method workshops require their Certified Instructors to provide the trainees with both a Health Declaration form, and a Liability Waver form. Please print the linked documents out, sign them and bring to the WHM workshop with you. If possible, please scan the filled in Health Declaration and email it over to us. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
PS. 2 Please advise on any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian) and whether you would like additional accommodation one night before the workshop: email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name or purchase order number, at least one week before the planned workshop. If we don't receive any info from you, the assumption will be standard meat meals and one-night accommodation.
1. Cash on Collection, which is the preferred way but please pay half of the dues as means of deposit via one of the options below;
2. If you prefer the ease of use of PayPal payments, you can use this PayPal link; please be aware of PayPal charges so, e.g. if you want to transfer £170, you would have to add about £7 on top of that; as means of somewhat outdated guidance use this link and add between £1.50 and £2.50; alternatively, and the easiest of all, is to use the PayPal payment option at the checkout -- this will not be 100% correct in terms of what PayPal deducts but probably just good enough;
3. Bank Transfer: Aristos Consulting Ltd, 7 Sheeplands Lane, Sherborne, Dorset DT9 4BW, United Kingdom; Sort Code 09-01-51, A/N 93873184; for international transfers, please try to avoid this option as you will be charged by your bank; moreover, our bank might also charge us, depending on the selected option, which could mean additional charges of even £30 in total!
4. You can also use Transferwise. The address and bank account details as above.
