WHM Interm/Advanced -- England (Sherborne)

Our past workshop locations include Snowdonia National Park but we also have workshops in the South West of England and other beautiful places in the UK!

Saturday one-day WHM workshop for anyone willing to change their life forever! We will teach you an Aristos Tropos technique of highly intense and efficient combination of Wim Hof Method, Kriya Yoga, Tai Chi and HIIT, and I can guarantee you won't leave the place disappointed... ask the ones who have already attended our workshops :-)

As with the Beginners/Intermediate workshop, all the pillars of WHM will be explained and trained in extenso... but we will delve deeper into the physiology and psychology, and Kriya Yoga, and Tai Chi, and what not... Plus our own nutrition, hygiene, etc. advice to cover the wellness program we promote every day, both with family, friends and students alike.

Bring your own yoga mat, yoga clothes, water bottle, flip-flops, a towel, swimming suit or trunks, light lunch...

PS. All Wim Hof Method workshops require their Certified Instructors to provide the trainees with both a Health Declaration form, and a Liability Waver form. Please print the linked documents out, sign them and bring to the WHM workshop with you. If possible, please scan the filled in Health Declaration and email it over to us.
