In the drop-down list you will find case studies (read: success stories) we have prepared for the organisation behind the Wim Hof Method, to help them in the development and specific application of the Method.
The case studies made for Innerfire are also part of the means of annual re-validation of any WHM certified instructor.
At the moment, there is only one case study but the list will definitely grow in line with our own experience, and it will also include cases not prepared specifically for Innerfire but also our own Aristos Tropos related ones.
